The job in 5 minutes
You find US businesses by hand, message their owners in Instagram and WhatsApp, and get them to book a call with our sales team on their own.
You don't need to call the client yourself. Everything happens in chat: you get them interested, send the link, and the client picks a time. After that, we call the client, explain our services, and close the deal.
- There is one goal: a booking in Calendly. You don't call and you don't sell. The sales team handles the call and the deal.
- We sell a client acquisition system, not just a website. Our main difference is transparency: the owner sees every lead, call and result, and saves time.
- Our main channels are Instagram Direct and WhatsApp. Anything else is optional.
- Only by hand, and written for each specific business. No mass messages and no bots. They get your account banned.
- Never tell the client prices. For any question about price, send the link to book a call.
- Read Sections 1, 2, 5 and 6. That's enough to get started.
- Set up Instagram and WhatsApp Business following Section 10.
- Pick 1–2 niches from Section 3 and one city.
- Find 10 businesses (Section 4) or ask for a ready-made lead list on Telegram @warmcoldness.
- Do a quick audit of 5 websites and send your first 5–10 messages using the templates.
You'll need Sections 7–9 once a client replies. Sections 11–12 are a reference for warm leads; read them when you need them.
Where to find clients
You find businesses on Instagram, Google Maps and Facebook Ads Library by niche and city. How to do it fast: see Section 4.
Don't want to spend time searching? We can give you a ready-made list of businesses with contacts. Message us on Telegram @warmcoldness. After that, everything works as usual: quick audit, message, booking in Calendly.
The funnel
- Find a business (Instagram, Google Maps, Facebook Ads Library) or take one from the ready-made lead list we give you.
- Review their account and website: a 15-minute quick audit.
- Find 1–2 specific problems.
- Write a short, personal message in Instagram or WhatsApp.
- Get an interested reply. If you like, send them your audit findings.
- Send the Calendly link. The client picks a time on their own. We handle the call and the sale.
How much you earn
The sales team runs the Zoom call and usually closes the deal in one call. Once the client has paid, you get a commission of 10% to 20% of the deal amount. The percentage depends on how involved you are in the process:
| Your involvement | Commission |
|---|---|
| You pass us the contact of a potential client. This is how it will go most of the time: the client books a call in Calendly, and we handle the call and the deal from there. | 10% |
| You take a more active part and help bring the client to a deal. | 15–20% |
When and how we pay: we pay your commission 3–5 days after the client pays, in USDT crypto.
A $10,000 deal, and you get the maximum 20%: $2,000 from one client.
Your results depend on how much work you do and how well you do it. If you work consistently every day, a few closed deals a month is a realistic goal.
How we credit your clients
Once you bring your first client and they book a meeting with us using the link in Calendly, we will create an account for you in our admin panel. There we record every lead that came from you, so everything is transparent: the service, the status, your commission, the client's payment, and the payout status.
You'll get the account at the next stage, once there are first results. Until then, each of your clients is recorded with a client card: as soon as they book a call in Calendly, send the card on Telegram to @warmcoldness (template in Section 7).

Who we are and what we sell
Sharcon is an IT company from Miami (Aventura, FL) that works with small and medium businesses across the US. We have three departments: development, SMM and advertising.
Selling a website is just one part of the process. We sell businesses a complete client acquisition system.
The website is only the first step. After that, we set up a system that regularly brings the business quality clients from AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), Google Search and Google Maps, Reddit and niche forums, Google and Meta ads and other sources. An AI call center answers every call, and a CRM takes each inquiry all the way to a closed deal.
Our main difference is transparency. All leads, calls, messages and clients are collected in one system. At any moment the owner can see where each client came from, how much each channel brings, who on the team replied and how each request ended. Nothing gets lost, and nothing depends on a manager's memory.
It saves the owner time. The system answers calls, books clients, and sends reminders and follow-ups on its own. The owner doesn't spend evenings on spreadsheets and callbacks: they see the whole day in a couple of minutes and focus on the business itself.
How to say this to the client: not "we build websites", but "we set up a client acquisition system for your business". The website, SEO, ads and CRM are all parts of this system.
What you can offer the client
| Service | What problem it solves | Who needs it most |
|---|---|---|
| Client acquisition system (AI search, Google, Reddit, ads, CRM, all together; the owner sees every lead and result in one system) | The business needs a steady flow of clients, not a one-time service | All niches, this is our main offer |
| Website or landing page (fast, mobile-friendly, with a booking form and CRM) | No website, or it is slow, or it is just a "business card" that brings no inquiries | All niches, the first step of the system |
| CRM and automation (online booking, SMS and email reminders, deal pipeline, review collection) | Inquiries get lost in notes and chats, nobody calls back on time | Clinics, med spas, dentists, contractors, real estate |
| 24/7 AI call center (answers the regular phone number, books appointments) | Missed calls in the evening, at night and on weekends go to competitors | HVAC, plumbing, roofing, lawyers, auto repair shops, restaurants |
| Local SEO and Google Maps | The business can't be found in search or on the map for "niche + city" | All local businesses |
| AI SEO and AI blog | ChatGPT and Gemini don't recommend the business, the website is never updated | Anyone who wants more organic traffic |
| Google Ads and Meta Ads | They need inquiries right now, not after months of SEO | Businesses with a marketing budget |
| Apps and custom platforms | Complex processes: case intake, client portal, logistics | Lawyers, logistics, large clinics |
For your information: a landing page starts at $1,900, a multi-page website starts at $2,900, and SEO packages start at $990 per month. The exact price depends on the project and its scope.
Where to learn more: sharconai.com · case studies · Instagram @sharconai. Spend 15 minutes looking through the website and case studies before your first message: this way you can answer "who are you?" with confidence.
Who we message
Small and medium businesses (1–50 employees) with medium to high average order value in major US cities. The owner (Owner / Founder) makes the decision, so we message them first.
Cities: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Boston and other large markets.
Priority niches: start with these
We have already worked with these niches: we have case studies, we know their pain points and we have ready solutions, so they are the easiest to sell. Start your search with this list.
| Niche | Search terms |
|---|---|
| Lawyers | Law Firm, Attorney, Personal Injury Lawyer |
| Dental clinics | Dental Clinic, Dentist, Cosmetic Dentist |
| Med Spa | Med Spa, Medical Spa, Aesthetic Clinic |
| Plastic surgery | Plastic Surgeon, Plastic Surgery Clinic |
| HVAC | HVAC Company, AC Repair |
| Plumbers | Plumbing Company, Plumber |
| Roofers | Roofing Company, Roofing Contractor |
| Trucking and logistics | Trucking Company, Logistics Company, Freight |
| Real estate | Real Estate Agency, Realtor |
| Auto repair shops | Auto Repair Shop, Body Shop |
| Luxury furniture | Luxury Furniture Store |
| Interior design | Interior Design Company, Interior Designer |
| Property management | Property Management Company |
| Accounting and taxes | Accounting Firm, Tax Firm, CPA |
| Construction | Construction Company, General Contractor |
Other good niches
| Group | Search categories |
|---|---|
| Medical and beauty | Chiropractor, Private Medical Clinic, Cosmetic Surgery |
| Construction and home | Home Remodeling Company |
| Auto and logistics | Truck Repair, Auto Transport / Car Shipping, Luxury Car Rental |
| Hospitality | High-End Restaurant, Event Venue |
Search format: niche + city. For example: "Personal Injury Lawyer Miami", "Med Spa NYC", "Roofing Company Dallas", "CPA Firm Chicago".
How to find businesses
- Search: type "niche + city" ("med spa miami", "roofing dallas") and check the Accounts and Places tabs.
- Hashtags: #miamimedspa, #dallasroofing, #nycdentist, #houstonplumber.
- Geotags: open a location (a neighborhood, a shopping mall) and see which businesses tag themselves there.
- Similar accounts: found a good business? Tap the arrow next to "Follow". Instagram will show competitors in the same niche in the same city. One good account gives you 10–20 new ones.
Open google.com/maps, type "cosmetic dentist Miami" and you get hundreds of businesses on the map. Each listing has a phone number (for WhatsApp), a website and often an Instagram link. Star ratings and reviews give you a ready-made reason for a compliment.
It shows who is already paying for ads, which means they have a marketing budget. Open the Ads Library, enter the niche and city, open an ad, and find the company's Instagram and website. We use Facebook only for searching: to message a business, go to Instagram or WhatsApp.
Name, city, niche, Instagram, website, phone, audit findings, message date, status. Without it, you won't remember who needs a follow-up and when.
Download the ready-made spreadsheet template and open it in Google Sheets: File → Import → Upload.
Who to message and who to skip
- The account is active: posts or stories in the last 2–4 weeks.
- Up to ~10,000 followers: these businesses usually don't have a good website or CRM.
- Good Google reviews, but the website is weak, slow, or missing.
- The bio has only a Linktree, a phone number or Yelp instead of a website. This is the best case.
- They run ads, but the website doesn't sell: they are already spending money.
- It's a chain or franchise: decisions are not made locally.
- The last post was six months ago.
- The website is already strong (PageSpeed in the green zone, online booking, a blog). In that case we offer not a website but a client acquisition system where the owner sees every lead and result (template in Section 6).
- We have already messaged this business. Check your spreadsheet.
Quick website audit in 15 minutes
The goal is to find 1–2 specific numbers or problems for your first message. The detailed audit for warm leads is in Section 11.
Step 1. Speed: PageSpeed (2 minutes)
- Open pagespeed.web.dev, paste the website address, and click Analyze.
- Look at the Mobile tab: customers from Instagram visit from their phones.
- Write down: Performance (0–49 red zone, 50–89 orange, 90+ green), Core Web Vitals (Passed / Failed), LCP (over 2.5 seconds is slow).
- Also check the Desktop tab. If desktop is 90+ and mobile is 60, that's a strong argument: the owner sees a fast website on their laptop, but their customers on phones see a slow one.
Example note: "Mobile 34/100, CWV Failed, LCP 7.8 s". Take a screenshot: you'll need it after the client replies. To see what the report looks like, check the screenshot in Section 11, block 3.
Step 2. Domain authority: Ahrefs (2 minutes)
Domain authority is how much Google trusts a website. Install the free Ahrefs SEO Toolbar extension for Chrome, open the client's website and click the icon. Write down the DR (out of 100) and the number of referring domains. A DR under 10 means Google barely trusts the website. Example note: "DR 3 with ~900 referring domains".
For a detailed audit, also add Moz and Majestic: three independent scores are more convincing than one. How to do it: Section 11, block 2.
Step 3. How the website looks in Google (2 minutes)
In the same Ahrefs Toolbar, open the tab with the page tags (or press Ctrl+U and look at the code). Check:
- Title of the home page: does it include the service and city ("Roofing Company in Dallas"), or just the business name? Without the service and city, the website doesn't show up for "service + city" searches.
- Meta description: is there a description? If not, Google puts random text in the snippet.
- Link preview: send the website address to yourself on WhatsApp. If the link shows up without an image and description, the website has no Open Graph tags.
Step 4. AI readiness (3 minutes)
Go to sharconai.com, click the "Get Free Audit" button and paste the client's website. The check shows whether the website is ready for Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini): Meta Title, Description, H1, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, FAQ Schema, AI blog. The red items are your findings.
Open isitagentready.com, paste the client's website and click Scan. This service is great for checking whether a site works for AI: can AI assistants find the business, understand its services and book a client. Write down the overall score and Level. Under 30 points (Level 1) is bad: agents can't work with the site, which makes a good finding for your message.
What each indicator means and how to explain it to the client is in Section 11, block 5.
Step 5. Check on your phone (3 minutes)
- Is there a call or booking button on the first screen?
- Is there online booking or a contact form?
- Does the website look OK on a phone?
- Is there an old year in the footer (© 2019)? Are there reviews?
- Do the social media icons in the footer work? Often they lead nowhere.
- No website at all is the best case.
Step 6. Pick the main point (1 minute)
| What you found | What to tell the owner |
|---|---|
| Mobile 30–50, CWV Failed | The website loads slowly on phones, and people leave before booking |
| Desktop 90+, Mobile 60 | You see a fast website, but your customers on phones see a slow one |
| DR under 10 with hundreds of links | Google barely trusts the website, the links are weak, and competitors rank higher |
| Title without service and city, no description | The website doesn't show up for "service + city" searches |
| No booking button or form | It's hard for visitors to send a request |
| Red llms.txt, FAQ Schema, AI Blog in the Sharcon audit | ChatGPT and Gemini don't recommend the business |
| No website | People search on Google and go to competitors |
Use 1–2 findings in your message, not the whole list.
How to write
Your first message is 3–4 sentences: a compliment, one finding, what it costs them, a question. The goal is to get a reply, not to sell.
- The first line is about their business, not about us.
- Start by praising what works, so the person does not feel they need to defend themselves.
- Talk about money and clients, not technical terms: not "LCP 7.8 s", but "the site takes 8 seconds to load".
- Only the truth: don't say you visited them if you didn't, and don't claim experience you don't have.
- Adapt every message to the business: name, niche, city, finding.
Your first message on Instagram must have no links: such messages get filtered as spam and never reach the owner.
Instagram templates
Your profile is set up for Sharcon (Section 10), so the owner can see who is writing. If they ask "who are you?", there is a ready answer in Section 8.
WhatsApp templates
On WhatsApp, keep it shorter and introduce yourself right away. Get the number from the website or from Google Maps.
To check if a number has WhatsApp: open wa.me/1 in your browser followed by the number, with no spaces or brackets (for example, wa.me/13055550123). If a chat opens, write to them. If it says the number is not on WhatsApp, it is a landline, so look for the business on Instagram.
Follow-ups
No reply? Write again after 3 days. Send 3–4 messages in total, then drop the contact.
How to get them to book in Calendly
Your result is a client who booked a call in Calendly through the link. In the chat, keep the main idea in focus: the website is only part of the process; we set up a system that brings in clients.
Once they show interest, have a short exchange of 2–4 messages, then send the link. Don't drag out the conversation.
- Deliver what you promised: 2–3 findings in your own words and a PageSpeed screenshot.
- Ask one question to understand their pain: "Where do most of your clients come from now?", "What happens with calls you miss after hours?", "Do you use any CRM?"
- Send the Calendly link (text below). If the client hasn't booked within a day, send a gentle reminder.
- Back it up with a case study from their niche (Section 9).
- Once the client has booked, immediately send the client card on Telegram to @warmcoldness (template below). This is how we credit the client to you.
The client booked: send the card
Copy the template, fill it in and send it on Telegram to @warmcoldness. See a filled-in example in Section 11, "Notes for the sales team".
Answers to common questions
One simple pattern: acknowledge, answer briefly, bring them back to the call.
| The client writes | Your reply |
|---|---|
| How much does it cost? | Depends on what you need, a landing page and a full system are different budgets. The team gives exact pricing on a short call after looking at your site. |
| I already have a website. | Totally, and a website is just one part. What we set up is a full client acquisition system: Google and AI search, Reddit, ads and follow-ups working together. From what I saw, [finding] is costing you clients right now. |
| How are you different from other agencies? | We make your business transparent. Every lead, call and booking goes into one system, so you see where clients come from, what each channel brings and what happens with every request. Follow-ups and reminders run on their own, which saves you hours every week. The team can show you how it works on a quick call. |
| Who are you? | We're Sharcon, a Miami-based agency. We build websites, CRM and AI systems for local businesses nationwide. sharconai.com |
| Send me more info. | Sure! Here are some of our projects: sharconai.com/cases. A 30-min call is faster though, the team can show what they'd change on your site. |
| I have a guy / freelancer. | Makes sense. We usually complement that: site, CRM and follow-ups working as one system. Happy to show the difference on a quick call. |
| Can you guarantee results? | Nobody honest can guarantee a Google position. On the call the team will show real results for similar businesses and how they'd track progress for you. |
| Not interested. | No problem, thanks for replying! If it becomes a priority, feel free to reach out. |
If they are rude or ask you to stop writing, close the conversation politely and do not message them again.
Case studies by niche
Send a case study after the client replies, together with the page for their niche on sharconai.com. Present the numbers as another client's results, not as a guarantee. All case studies: sharconai.com/cases.
| Client's niche | Case study | What we say | Niche page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Auto Repair, Truck Repair, Car Shipping | Tesla Body Shop (Miami), Lion Collision Center | Website, CRM and ads in 7 days; domain authority grown from zero in one month | auto-repair |
| Med Spa, clinics, dentists | VLOSSY (Los Angeles) | Premium website and online booking with CRM | med-spa, healthcare |
| Law Firm, Attorney | Ticket Defenders | Website, CRM and mobile app, automated case intake | law-firms |
| HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Contractor | Royal Appliance Services | Website and CRM, organic traffic growth in 4 weeks | home-services, contractors |
| Restaurant, Event Venue | Tap Beer Miami, GD Lounge | Top of Google for 18 search terms; AI call center books tables 24/7 | restaurants |
| Real Estate, Property Management | Tesla Body Shop or VLOSSY as an example of the system | Website and CRM with automatic follow-up | real-estate |
Accounts, daily target and safety
Aim for 20–30 personal messages per day from one warmed-up account. Instagram and WhatsApp quickly restrict new accounts that send lots of identical messages.
Setting up your accounts
The owner looks at your profile first and then decides whether to reply. Your profile must show right away that the message comes from Sharcon.

Download it and set it as the profile photo in WhatsApp Business and Instagram.
Download logo (PNG)- Use the app WhatsApp Business, not regular WhatsApp.
- Profile photo: Sharcon logo; name: Sharcon.
- Category: Website, Software, Web Designer.
- Business hours: open 24 hours.
- Description: the text below.
- A catalog with services and prices, as in the screenshot.
Set up your profile like this example: instagram.com/sharconai. Add a photo, name, a bio about Sharcon and 6–9 posts so the account looks real and active.

- Fill in your profile following the example above: photo, name, bio, 6–9 posts on Instagram.
- First week: likes, stories, follows and 5–10 messages per day.
- After that, go up to 20–30 per day if you get no warnings.
- Don't copy the same text: change the name, niche, finding and wording.
- Got a warning or a block? Stop for 24–48 hours.
Messages from unknown accounts often land in "Requests". Before you send a message, like 2–3 recent posts and react to a story: this way your message is more often seen right away.
Message during the client's business hours: New York and Boston are ET; Chicago, Houston and Dallas are CT; Los Angeles and San Francisco are PT.
- Find 30 new businesses and add them to the spreadsheet.
- Do a quick audit and send 20–30 first messages.
- Send follow-ups to everyone you messaged 3 days ago.
- Reply to all responses within an hour.
- Do a detailed audit for warm leads.
- Check who booked a call in Calendly and send their cards to Telegram @warmcoldness.
- Mass messaging programs, bots and modified WhatsApp apps (GB WhatsApp and similar): these get banned first.
- Logging into one account from different phones and through a VPN every day.
- Messaging the same person more than 3–4 times with no reply: "this is spam" reports are the main reason for blocks.
Detailed audit of the site and funnel
For warm leads: about 30 minutes, not 15. Do it when the client replied and asked what you found, or when the client booked a call in Calendly and the sales team needs your findings. The examples below come from real audits of screwsappliance.com and honestcoinshop.com.
- Submit a test request.
- Run the tools and take screenshots.
- Pick the 2–3 strongest findings.
- Send the breakdown and the Calendly link.
1Lead funnel
Submit a request on the site with your real name, email and phone number. Check the confirmation email (did it arrive, from what address, is it in spam). Note how long it takes them to call you back, and whether you got an SMS if you didn't pick up. If you like, call in the evening or on a weekend. If they call you back, be honest and say you were testing how their booking works. Do this test only for warm leads.
- The email comes from a technical address (secureserver.net) or lands in spam: email is not set up (SPF / DKIM).
- The call went to voicemail, then no SMS and no second call.
- Nobody answers in the evening or on weekends.
- Email setup (SPF / DKIM).
- 24/7 AI call center.
- Automatic SMS and email after a request.

2Domain authority and SEO
You already have the Ahrefs DR from step 2 of Section 5. Also google "niche + city" in incognito mode: whoever ranks higher gets the clients.
Check the domain with three free tools: someone can argue with one tool, but not with three.
| Tool | Where to look | What to write down |
|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs — Domain Rating (DR) | The Ahrefs SEO Toolbar Chrome extension: open the site and click the icon | DR out of 100, number of backlinks and referring domains |
| Moz — Domain Authority (DA) | moz.com/domain-analysis — paste the address, it's free | DA out of 100, Spam Score |
| Majestic — Trust Flow / Citation Flow | majestic.com — paste the address into the field on the home page | TF / CF out of 100 |
How to read it: DR, DA and TF under 10 mean Google barely trusts the site. If the site also has lots of links (hundreds of sites), the links are weak or spammy and don't help the site. Example note: "DR 3, DA 10, TF 7 with ~900 referring domains".

- DR 3, DA 10, TF 7 with ~900 referring domains — the links don't help.
- The Title has no service or city ("Honest Coin Shop"), and there is no meta description.
- No preview tags: in WhatsApp the link shows no image and no description.
- Not on the first page for "niche + city" — competitors rank higher.
- Technical cleanup, Title and description for "service + city".
- Spam link cleanup.
- Local SEO for the city.

3Speed and Core Web Vitals
Use the same PageSpeed report from step 1 of Section 5, but now go through each metric. High TTFB is a hosting problem; high LCP means heavy images and scripts. Write down exactly what slows the site down, so the sales team sees the scope of work right away.
| Metric | What it means | Good | Bad |
|---|---|---|---|
| LCP | Main block has appeared | up to 2.5 s | over 4 s |
| FCP | Anything at all has appeared | up to 1.8 s | over 3 s |
| TTFB | Server response (hosting) | up to 0.8 s | over 1.8 s |
| CLS | Elements jump around | up to 0.1 | over 0.25 |
| INP | Response to taps and clicks | up to 200 ms | over 500 ms |
- Core Web Vitals: Failed on mobile.
- LCP 3.8 s, FCP 3.2 s, TTFB 2.4 s — slow server and a heavy page.
- Desktop 96, Mobile 67 — the owner sees a fast site, clients see a slow one.
- Speed and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- A new site built to score ~100.

4Readiness for AI search
Run the AI & SEO audit on sharconai.com ("Get Free Audit"). Plus a one-minute check: ask ChatGPT or Perplexity "best [niche] in [city]". If the business is not in the answer but competitors are, that is the most visual finding. What the red audit items mean is explained in the glossary.
- Red llms.txt, FAQ Schema, AI Blog.
- ChatGPT recommends competitors, not the client.
- llms.txt and FAQ markup.
- AI blog.

5Agent-Ready
Take the score from isitagentready.com (Step 4 of the quick audit). Here we go through the indicators. This is a "future" argument: use it after speed, SEO and the funnel, not first.
| Indicator | What it means |
|---|---|
| Score and Level | Under 30 is Level 1: the site simply exists, and agents can't work with it. |
| Discoverability | Can AI agents find and understand the site. |
| Content | Is the content in a format agents can easily use. |
| Bot Access Control | Is access for AI bots set up correctly. |
| API, Auth, MCP & Skills | Can an agent do something on the site: book, order. |
| Commerce | Readiness for payments and orders through agents. |
- Score under 30, Level 1: AI agents can't book the client's services.
- API, MCP and Commerce are all at zero.
- Getting the site ready for AI agents (MCP, API).

6CRM and client base
Look at the site and social media, and listen to what the client says in your chat: is there online booking, a chat or a form with an auto-reply; does the site collect emails or phone numbers; are there few recent Google reviews despite good service; are the social accounts active, and do the icons in the footer work.
- No online booking, chat or form with an auto-reply.
- Few recent reviews, inactive social accounts, or icons that lead nowhere.
- Leads are kept "in the phone" or "in notes" — there is no CRM.
- CRM and online booking.
- SMS and email campaigns to the client base, review collection.
Breakdown for the client
1) Your site takes ~4 sec to load on mobile (screenshot).
2) [Competitor] ranks above you for "[niche] [city]".
3) My test request's confirmation email landed in spam.
All fixable, and it's just step one: we set up a full client acquisition system (Google, AI search, Reddit, ads, follow-ups) so you get a steady flow of clients. Our team can walk you through it in 30 min: https://calendly.com/sharconai-sales/30min
- First, what already works for the client; then what to improve.
- Every finding comes with a screenshot.
- No more than 3 findings.
- Start with what brings money fastest: the funnel and speed.
- The site is one part of the process. We sell a client acquisition system where the owner sees everything and saves time.
Notes for the sales team
The client booked a call in Calendly? Send a card to @warmcoldness in Telegram using the template from Section 7. Example:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Business, niche, city | Screw's Appliance Repair, appliance repair, New York |
| Website and Instagram | screwsappliance.com, @... |
| Call time | From Calendly |
| Key findings | DR 0.1; CWV Failed, LCP 3.8 s; emails go to spam; voicemail with no SMS |
| What the client said | "We get leads, but we lose a lot of them in the evening" |
| What we showed | Website audit, screenshots |
Glossary: terms in plain words
We don't use these terms when we write to the client, but you need to understand them in case the client asks.
| DR / DA / Trust Flow | Website trust ratings from Ahrefs, Moz and Majestic, from 0 to 100. Under 10 means the site is almost invisible. |
| Backlinks | Links to the site from other sites. Lots of weak or spammy links don't help. |
| Core Web Vitals | Google's speed check. Failed means the site is slow, and that hurts it in search. |
| Title / description | The page title and description in Google. Without the service and city in them, people can't find the site. |
| SPF / DKIM | Email settings. Without them, the business's emails end up in spam. |
| Voicemail | An answering machine. If a call goes there, the customer is most likely lost. |
| llms.txt | A hint file for ChatGPT and Gemini: who you are and what you do. Almost nobody has one, so it's an easy find. |
| Robots.txt / Sitemap.xml | Technical files that help Google find the site's pages. |
| AI Blog / News | Regular articles on the site. Without them, the site looks "dead" to search engines and AI. |
| FAQ Schema | Question-and-answer markup that Google and AI show in their answers. |
| Local SEO | Promotion in Google and on the map for "service + city" searches. |
| AI agents / MCP | AI assistants that find businesses and book appointments for people on their own. MCP is a way to connect a website to them. |
| CRM | One database of leads and customers, with reminders and email campaigns. |
Questions? Message us on Telegram: @warmcoldness. The main goal is always the same: the client clicked the link and booked a call at calendly.com/sharconai-sales/30min.
